OPERATOR QUESTIONS
How much does it cost to join?
A one-time $60 setup fee covers your operator profile and your first listed activity, which we build with you. After that, each extra activity is a one-time $30. We also charge a 10% to 15% commission per booking, only when you earn.
Who handles the customers?
We do. Aetheria manages all enquiries, bookings, and payments. You provide the experience and its details.
Do I keep control of my prices?
Yes. You set your rates and terms. We add our commission on top when presenting your tours.
How long does it take to go live?
Usually a few days after verification, depending on how fast we receive your tour details.
What do I need to provide?
Tour details, pricing, terms, and what is included. Clear photos and descriptions speed things up. We turn them into a polished listing.
How and when do I get paid?
We collect payment from the customer at booking and settle with you under your agreed terms. Payout details are confirmed during onboarding.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. You can add or remove listings and cancel Boost anytime.
What kinds of operators do you accept?
Vetted local operators running quality tours, activities, and experiences. We review every applicant so travellers can trust each listing.
What is Boost?
An optional $50 per week for featured placement and more views. You can cancel anytime.
