OPERATOR QUESTIONS
How much does it cost to join?
Signing up is free, and your first activity is listed at no cost. After that, it's a one-time $30 per additional activity, plus a simple 10–15% commission per booking. Featured placement is an optional $50/month. You only pay commission when you actually get a booking.
Who handles the customers?
We do. Once your tours are listed, Aetheria manages all the marketing, customer enquiries, bookings, and payments. You provide the experience and its details; we're the ones talking to travellers. You focus on delivering great tours.
Do I keep control of my prices?
Yes. You set your rates and terms. We add our commission on top and present your tours to travellers. Your margins stay yours.
How long does it take to go live?
Once you apply and we've verified your operation, we build your first listing with you and set up your operator profile. Most operators can be live within a few days, depending on how quickly we receive your tour details.
What do I need to provide?
Your tour details, pricing, terms, and what's included. We handle turning that into a polished listing. Having photos and a clear description of each experience speeds things up.
How and when do I get paid?
We collect payment from the customer at booking and settle with you per your agreed terms. Payout details are confirmed during onboarding.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. You can add or remove listings, and pause featured placement anytime. We want partners who stay because it's working, not because they're tied in.
