Aetheria Tourism is a UK registered travel marketplace that curates and vets premium travel experiences, activities, and tours across multiple destination.
Key Principle: We function as a marketplace, similar to other tour booking platforms. We do not operate tours directly. Instead, we partner with carefully vetted local tour operators, activity providers, and hospitality partners who deliver the actual experiences.
Our Commitment: We vet every vendor on our platform rigorously and maintain a one partner per tour policy to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability for our customers.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1 How Bookings Work
When you book a travel experience through Aetheria Tourism, you are:
Making a reservation with the third party tour operator or service provider (not directly with Aetheria)
Authorizing Aetheria Tourism to collect payment on behalf of the operator
Agreeing to the specific terms of that experience, which are outlined on its product page
2.2 Booking Requirements
To complete a booking, you must provide:
Your full name
A valid email address
Contact number and travel dates
Any special requests or accessibility needs
You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2.3 Deposit and Payment
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation
The remaining balance is due before the tour date (specific deadline will be confirmed in your booking confirmation)
Payments are processed securely via Paypal or Stripe (payment processor)
Aetheria Tourism is not responsible for payment processing errors; contact us immediately if you experience issues
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Terms
Cancellations are subject to the following refund schedule:

3.2 How to Request a Cancellation

3.3 Cancellations by Aetheria or Our Partners
If Aetheria Tourism or our partner operator must cancel your experience due to:
Dangerous weather conditions
Natural disasters or force majeure events
Government restrictions or security concerns
Insufficient bookings (noted on tour page at time of purchase)
Partner operational issues
We will:
Offer a full refund of all amounts paid, OR
Rebook you on an alternative date or similar experience at no additional cost
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days .
3.4 No Show Policy
If you fail to appear for your booked experience without prior notice:
No refund will be issued
You will be charged the full tour price
Contact us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule
4. Your Responsibilities as a Customer
4.1 Fitness and Health
You are responsible for assessing your own physical fitness and health status before booking
You confirm you are in good health and capable of participating in the experience
You must disclose any medical conditions, mobility issues, or special requirements at booking time
Aetheria Tourism and its partners are not liable for injuries, allergies, or health complications arising from pre existing conditions or failure to disclose health information
4.2 Travel Documentation
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, travel insurance)
You must comply with all local laws, immigration regulations, and entry requirements of the destination
Aetheria Tourism is not responsible for visa denials, entry delays, or immigration issues
4.3 Personal Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and local communities
Unruly, intoxicated, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund
You are responsible for any damages you cause during the experience
5. Liability and Disclaimers
5.1 Assumption of Risk
Travel and adventure activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Physical exertion

Transportation accidents

Aetheria Tourism acts as a marketplace facilitator, not the tour operator. We are not liable for:
Injuries, illness, or death during the experience
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
Acts of God (natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics)
Partner operator negligence or misconduct (beyond our vetting process)
Delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control
Dissatisfaction with the quality of the experience
Travel disruptions (flight delays, border closures, etc.)
5.3 Partner Operator Responsibility
Our partner operators are independent contractors responsible for:
Safe delivery of the experience
Compliance with local safety and labor regulations
Insurance and liability coverage for their operations
Aetheria Tourism vets partners, but we cannot guarantee safety or quality of service. For complaints about a specific experience, contact us immediately.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on aetheriatourism.com including text, images, videos, logos, and descriptions is owned by or licensed to Aetheria Tourism. You may not:
Reproduce or distribute content without permission
Use content for commercial purposes
