These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “Customer”, or “Passenger”) and Aetheria Tourism Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Company”), a company registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 16996707, with its registered office at 4-6 Greatorex Street, London, United Kingdom, E1 5NF.
By accessing our website and booking a travel experience through Aetheria Tourism, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
1. Scope of Services & Marketplace Model
- Intermediary Agent: Aetheria Tourism Ltd operates a curated travel marketplace platform connecting travelers with independent local operators, tour guides, and excursion providers (“Suppliers”). We act strictly as a disclosed intermediary agent for these Suppliers.
- No Direct Operation: We do not own, operate, manage, or control any of the tours, transport links, accommodations, or travel experiences listed on the platform.
- Contract of Service: When you purchase an experience, your legal contract for service delivery is established directly between you and the respective Supplier. The Supplier remains solely responsible for the execution, safety, and quality of the tour.
2. Booking Requirements & Account Information
- Accuracy & Vouchers: You must provide accurate personal and travel details during booking. Upon payment confirmation, a digital voucher is emailed and must be presented to the Supplier.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Currency Settlement
- Pricing & Security: Prices are displayed in multiple currencies, but final charges process through PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. Aetheria Tourism is not liable for third-party exchange or transaction fees.
4. Cancellations, Refund Windows, and Administrative Fees
- Supplier Terms & Fees: Cancellation policies are set by individual Suppliers. Voluntary cancellations within eligible windows incur a 5% administrative fee. Involuntary cancellations by the Company or Supplier qualify for a full refund or free reschedule, while no-shows forfeit all payments.
5. Customer Responsibilities and Assumed Risks
- Fitness & Conduct: Customers must ensure their own medical fitness, carry proper travel documentation and insurance, and adhere to behavioral standards. Suppliers may remove disruptive guests without a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
- Liability Cap: Aetheria Tourism assumes no liability for operational incidents during an experience. Aggregate liability is strictly capped at the commission retained for the specific booking.
7. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
- IP & Jurisdiction: All site content belongs to Aetheria Tourism Ltd. These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
